My life as a tag line

This week’s RemembeRED post is short and sweet. We were to imagine our life, or a part of our life, as a title and tagline. That’s it.

You shouldn’t pick your nose. You can’t pick your kids. But, you can pick your kids’ nose.

How motherhood has made me a better person and helped me overcome my fears of getting fat, growing older and vomit.

  1. Oddly enough, I came to terms very quickly with being a larger form of me, dealing with grey hair, and the vomit best to be quickly cleaned before you can think about it…just breathe through your mouth is what I end up shouting at my husband as he is dry-heaving! 🙂

Ohhh, and don’t forget the “unknown” things you’d fear if you had known…like your son (at almost 2 becoming picasso and painting poop all over the walls, bed, and himself during naptime…being baked by the sunny afternoon and you’d walk in to eau d’poo-poo.) That’s a team effort…dad bathe the kid/mom clean the room. That happened about 3 or 4 times! ugh! That beats vomit any day! Then my daughter, at the same age, used to hold her breath until she passed out as a temper tantrum. Lovely. Surprised she isn’t brain damaged. 🙂

this is SO FUNNY and so true (I pick their noses constantly..I have been known to yell “please for the love of God…learn to blow your ow nose!!!” 😉

plus look how pretty you are..love the picture!

  3. Oh dear, the vomit. I always thought that would be my downfall, until it happened. Thankfully, motherhood does come with some sort of autopilot in that situation!
