2011 in review

The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2011 annual report for this blog.

Here’s an excerpt:

The concert hall at the Sydney Opera House holds 2,700 people. This blog was viewed about 56,000 times in 2011. If it were a concert at Sydney Opera House, it would take about 21 sold-out performances for that many people to see it.

Mine was only 7 sold out performances. Wohoo! Nicely done. Our dashboard/stat pages are fun. I just posted about interesting things I’ve noticed- we all know it lists what people type into their search engines and how they get to your blog. But sometimes, the things people search are very peculiar. Strangely they get to your site and you wonder why.
